White Aoud by Montale is a fragrance where oud whispers, not roars—a delicate yet powerful blend from the spicy-woody family with a luxurious twist. Launched in 2006 and designed for all genders, it opens with a mystical pairing: agarwood (oud) softened by rose and spiced with radiant saffron. It’s oud in a silk robe rather than armor. At the heart, vanilla and sandalwood melt together, layered with amber and the resinous warmth of French labdanum, forming an opulent, golden center. The base deepens with cardamom, patchouli, vetiver, and jasmine, grounding the scent in an earthy, floral-spiced finale.
