How to Request a Price Match

We offer two convenient ways to request a price match:

1. Before You Purchase:
   If you find a lower price on an item before you buy it from SensaBeauty, please email our customer service team with the subject line "Price Match Request." In your email, you must include a direct link to the product on the competitor's website and a screenshot of the product page showing the item and its final price. Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to complete your purchase at the matched price. Please allow up to two (2) business days for a response.
2. After You Purchase:
   If you have already purchased an item from SensaBeauty and find it advertised at a lower price by a qualifying competitor within 72 hours of your purchase, you may request a price adjustment. Please email our customer service team with the subject line "Price Adjustment Request." In your email, you must include your SensaBeauty order number, a direct link to the product on the competitor's website, and a screenshot of the product page showing the item and its final price. Our team will review your claim within two (2) business days. If your request is validated, we will issue a refund for the price difference to your original form of payment.

Eligibility and Conditions

For a price match to be approved, it must meet all of the following conditions:

• Qualifying Competitors: We will only match prices from the following authorized online retailers: Fragrancenet.com, JomaShop.com, Fragrancex.com
• Product Eligibility: The product page on SensaBeauty.com must have the Price Match Guarantee Symbol and wording on the page. The product must be identical in every respect, including brand, model, size, and color. The item must be in stock and immediately available for purchase on the competitor's website at the time of the price match request.
• Price Eligibility: The price to be matched must be the competitor's final, total price after all shipping costs and fees have been applied. The price must be publicly advertised and available to all customers.

Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following:

• Prices from third-party sellers on marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay.
• Prices that require a special coupon, promotional code, or membership discount that is not publicly and easily available to all customers.
• Prices from closeout, liquidation, or clearance sales.
• Promotional offers including, but not limited to, bundled products, gifts with purchase, or "buy one, get one" deals.
• Special holiday pricing (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday).
• Typographical errors in a competitor's advertising.

Final Terms

All price match requests are subject to review and validation by the SensaBeauty customer service team. SensaBeauty reserves the right to verify a competitor's advertised price and the availability of the item. Our decision to approve or deny a price match request is final. This policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
