Back to School 101: Don’t Be the Smelly Kid
Let’s face it: no one wants to be “that kid.” Whether you're sprinting across campus, stuck in a full day of classes, or trying to impress your crush in Chemistry, smelling good = instant confidence. Here's your foolproof guide to staying fresh from first bell to final period.

1. Apply fragrance the right way
Pulse points are your besties. Think neck, wrists, behind the ears. Don’t go overboard, 2–3 sprays max. Nobody wants to be gassed out at 8 AM.

2. Layer like a pro
Start with a matching body lotion or deodorant to help your scent last. Bonus points if your fragrance has a matching body mist or hair perfume.

3. Bring a travel-size spritz
Backpack real estate is sacred, but trust a mini perfume or rollerball is worth the space. Reapply after gym class or lunchtime burrito break.

4. Don’t cook your perfume
Keep your fragrance away from heat and sunlight. Store it in a drawer or locker if possible. Heat breaks down the scent and makes it fade faster.

5. Go Citrus & Clean for Class
Classrooms = close quarters. Avoid heavy, musky scents and opt for fresh, citrusy or soapy-clean perfumes. They smell light, airy, and school-appropriate.

6. Clean first, spray second
Perfume isn’t deodorant. Make sure you’re actually clean before layering on a scent. You want to enhance, not mask. Showers = non-negotiable.
